How to apply for Pre Paid Connection

1. Walk into any of the listed Customer Service Centers or distributors showroom with a photograph, proof of residence and identity.

 a) Proof of residence : Following documents will be accepted as proof of residence (attested copy).

• Telephone bill

• Electricity bill

• Water bill

• Passport

• Ration Card

• Voter Identity Card

b) Proof of Identity : Following documents will be accepted as proof of identity ( attested copy).

• Photo identity card issued by Government of Statutory Authority.

• Voter Identity Card

• Income Tax Card (PAN Card)

• Passport

• Arms Licence

2. Fill up the form and pay the charges ie., Rs. 200/- for SIM card and Rs.300/Rs.500/ Rs.1000/Rs.2000 for Re-charge coupon as per your requirement.

 3. Customers can use Mobile phones of any    make available in the market.

                            How to make a call

                   Place the SIM Card in the appropriate place in the Handset and replace the back cover. Switch on the

                Mobile phone. Now your set is ready for use. Initially PIN Verification is disabled in your SIM.

                If you activate it, use 0000 as code.
