Customer of BSNL can voice their grievances and register their complaints with the SSA P G Cell by dialling 1095 , Phone No.2733445 or by FAX No. 2733535 CIRCLE LEVEL A Public Grievance cell is operational in the office of the Chief General Manager Telecom, Kerala Circle,Trivandrum. Customers of BSNL can aproach the Circle Public Grievance Cell when they are not satisfied with the resolution of telephone grievances at SSA level.
