A Public Grievance cell is operational in the office of the Chief General Manager Telecom, Kerala Circle,Trivandrum. Customers of BSNL can aproach the Circle Public Grievance Cell when they are not satisfied with the resolution of telephone grievances at SSA level. Grievances can be conveyed to Circle Public Grievance Cell by telephone call,1094 SERVICE, fax No :: '0471-230007', e-mail :: 'pgcellkerala@bsnl.co.in' or by letters.
