TELECOM ADALATH
Under the purview of the Adalat grievances of customers to whom telecom service is provided and billed only will be considered. The customers of Malappuram SSA can take up their grievances in the SSA Adalat Circle Adalat will consider cases which were already taken up in the SSA adalat and as an appeal preferred now by the customer against the decision of the SSA Adalat Telecom Adalath at Circle level and SSA level will be held under the chairmanship of Chief General Manager for customers of Kerala Telecom Circle as per schedule shown |
Grievances on which cases are pending/ decided in various courts/consumer forums will not be considered |
The customers may send the petition to the officers whose address are shown below; the envelope containing the petition should be super scribed as ‘petition to SSA adalat and ‘petitions to circle adalat` incase of circle Adalat |
Venue, date and time will be intimated later. |
