| A Viglance Cell is functioning in the office of The General Manager,Telecom, Malappuram. The cell will look into the complaints from the members of public as well as the telephone suscribers against telecom officers and staff on bribary,corruption, etc.... |
| The complainants can make
complaints in writing with relevant details like date, time and place
incidents, name and designation of official/officers, name and address of
witness etc.. To Sub Divisional Engineer (Vigilance) O/o General Manager Telecom, Malappuram-1. This details will be useful in the investigation. The information so furnished will be confidential but the department may have to seek the co-operation of the complainant to give evidence during the course of subsequent investigations/enquires by the vigilance officer to take action aganist the culprits.
